Report Policy

Reporting wrongdoing is an appropriate action to take. Employees cannot resolve problems on their own if the company is not informed of them.
Please report any suspected misconduct or wrongdoing by any employee. We will make sure your identity is protected.
  • We guarantee your identity and the confidentiality of your report are protected.
  • Any person justly submitting a report will be protected from unfair treatment or discrimination, such as dismissal and disciplinary action.
  • Any person who cooperates in an investigation into the facts reported by giving statements or relevant materials will be equally protected.
  • Any information contained in a report will not be used for any purpose other than an investigation into the report, and we assure you we will do our due diligence that it is thoroughly investigated.
  • If you report misconduct or corruption in which you are involved, you will be treated reasonably following a thorough review of mitigating circumstances.
  • Only authorized persons have access to reports.
  • If an investigation into a report finds that the reported behavior is definitely misconduct, the company will take corrective action to prevent recurrence. However, a report made without clear evidence or an anonymous report for which the facts are hard to be ascertained will leave the company limited in the actions it can take. Also, the company may not take any action in case of an anonymous false report, any report made for the purposes of causing harm such as slander, or any report deemed to be clearly attributable to a misunderstanding of facts, and the reporting person is not entitled to file an appeal.
  • Any report submitted via the hotline cannot be a notice or notification made to the company by the reporting person. If the reporting person intends to express their opinion in regards to the company’s human resources management, businesses, or for any other purpose; to provide information; or to take any legally meaningful action, that reporting person must contact the company’s CEO or the responsible department directly instead of reporting via the hotline. The company has no obligation whatsoever to hand over the information provided via the hotline to the company’s CEO, any executive officer, or any other department, and accepts no responsibility for the information thus provided.
  • We handle any personal information that has been made available to us through a report in accordance with the company’s Privacy Policy, and will not make it publicly available without good reason.
  • Receipt of economic benefits such as money, gifts, entertainment, etc. from clients
  • Providing economic benefits such as money, gifts, entertainment, etc. to public officials and trading companies
  • Instructions to perform unfair duties in an abuse of position and authority
  • Workplace harassment that causes excessive physical and mental pain by taking advantage of position or authority
  • Acts that cause sexual discomfort such as sexual harassment or sexual assault
  • Unauthorized dissemination of internal company information
  • Acts that cause property damage to the company, such as embezzlement, misappropriation, etc.
  • Violation of laws and regulations related to fair trade, such as collusion, unfair trade practices, etc.
