Biodiesel is a next-generation eco-friendly fuel that can replace existing petroleum-based diesel without the need for vehicle modifications. It is a methyl ester produced by letting animal fats/vegetable oils react with methanol.
SK eco prime has maintained its No. 1 domestic market share since January 2008 by supplying biodiesel to major domestic oil refinery companies and has been expanding its share in the European biodiesel market centered on advanced biofuels since 2015 based on its own technology and cost competitiveness.
